1. The lessee will subscribe to a standard home insurance policy covering 2000,000 $ civil
liability for the duration of the lease.

2. The lessee will provide a confirmation for opening an account in Hydro Quebec for Electricity.

3. At the end of the lease, the lessee shall return the property in same condition as it was
delivered. Any damages to property will be at tenant's charge.
